Charles is an operations team member tasked to prepare and forecast potential damages and power outages an upcoming storm might cause. The two journeys showcase how Charles used AI to make preparations ahead of time by generating historical overlays and demand forecasts, as well as prioritize triage outages, drill into impact, and coordinate restoration once the storm had passed

We designed intuitive user flows for outage detection, meter monitoring, and predictive restoration, then transferred them into wireframes and eventually a live prototype with interactive maps, real-time filters, and AI insight cards.
