I led UX research and design for an AI-powered art museum experience that adapts to each visitor. Through interviews, workshops, and journey mapping, we uncovered key visitor needs and built smart, personalized paths through the museum - making every visit feel intentional, seamless, and uniquely memorable.

I worked on a full redesign of this e-commerce platform, covering every phase of the UX process- from research and workshops to wireframes, testing and high-fidelity design. Our team uncovered usability issues and reimagined the shopping experience to make it more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly.

We designed a smart dashboard for utility company, built around deeper user understanding. Through journey mapping, competitive analysis, and user flows, we identified key pain points and opportunities. The final design integrates AI features for predictive insights, anomaly detection, and smart filtering, helping users quickly assess system health, and confidently make data-driven decisions. 

This project was a research and discovery initiative to uncover user needs and align stakeholders around future solutions. The project included in-person workshops, user interviews, journey mapping and persona development. We translated insights into clear requirements and prioritized ideas - laying the strategic foundation for a user-centered product roadmap.
